About the Role
We're looking for a confident, outgoing Lead Generator to join our Sydney-based B2B sales team. Your main focus will be identifying potential business customers, starting conversations, and generating quality leads for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is motivated by results, and wants to build their experience in sales. No previous sales experience is required! We're looking for the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential B2B customers
Generate new leads through direct outreach
Start conversations with business owners and decision-makers
Book appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
Work towards individual targets
Represent the company in a professional,



positive, and confident manner
