The Project Officer, Youth Transitions role with the North Coast Region will oversee and triage regional data sets to inform targeted student support, and support the Regional Youth Engagement Service and the Student Child and Family Connect team.
Ideal candidates will have experience with students and families who have disengaged from education or are at risk, and experience in data collation, analysis and reporting.
