Maintenance Fitter | Geebung | $50ph
ARG Workforce is recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join a long-standing manufacturing business based in Geebung. This position offers consistent full-time workshop hours, excellent earning potential through overtime, and the opportunity to work with a reliable and supportive team.
Operating for more than three decades, our client is a respected Australian manufacturer supplying products to major infrastructure, mining, civil, and construction projects nationwide.
Based in a well equipped workshop, you will play a key role in keeping production equipment operating efficiently by carrying out maintenance, repairs, and fault diagnosis across a range of machinery.
Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled and breakdown maintenance on production equipment
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions
Complete repairs, servicing, and replacement of worn components
Assist production personnel to maximise equipment uptime
Maintain a safe,
clean, and organised work area
Skills & Experience Required
Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
Proven troubleshooting and fault-finding experience
Background working within manufacturing, processing, or industrial environments
Ability to work autonomously and contribute within a team setting
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety procedures
