About the role
As a Customer Advisor at Buderim Communications, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This full-time position is based in Buderim, Queensland, where you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge telecommunications solutions.
What you'll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support across a range of telecommunications products and services
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and guide them through the resolution process
Educate customers on the features and advantages of our telecommunications offerings
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers from diverse backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and expand your knowledge
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
