Dhelkaya Health is seeking a Community Nursing Clinical Coordinator to provide operational and clinical leadership to the District Nursing and Community Palliative Care team in Mount Alexander Shire. This ongoing part time role supports seven-day extended hours and focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the community.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration and have extensive community nursing experience.
