Datacom is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide end user services across the Gosford area. You will support customers with hardware and software, deploy software, and ensure devices are ready for use, while aligning with ITIL processes.
You will need exceptional customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously within a rapid-paced environment. This role is based in Gosford with Datacom's ANZ operations supporting regional clients.
