National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) in Australia is seeking an APS5 Auslan Service Officer for the National Contact Centre. The role focuses on delivering accessible support to Deaf and hard of hearing participants via Auslan video services and related channels.
You will communicate in Auslan, assist NDIA participants to navigate the NDIS, and work within a dynamic NCC team providing high-quality service. Adaptable hybrid work arrangements may be available.
