We are looking for staff in the Southern Highlands area, especially with availability during the day.
The role is perfect for entry-level, with personal experience and transferrable skills also considered.
You will work with Aged Care customers needing support to maintain their home and independence.

Duties and responsibilities may include:
Social support
for older people who may be isolated
Domestic assistance
: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
Manual Handling
:



Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
Supporting customers with
complex and/or challenging needs
Monitoring
the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
Provide
updates on customer progress
following each service
About you:
Positive interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skills
Reliable, can commit to at least 3 days a week
Ability to build rapport & good working relationships
Must be comfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedback
Ability to travel between shifts, and transport customer as needed
What you will need:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to gain)
Current First Aid certificate and CPR
Current Australian Drivers License
Reliable, registered, and comprehensive insured vehicle
Smart phone with internet access
Above Award Pay Rate
