Workforce Extensions is seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Labourers to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Ingleburn.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing full-time hours with a company that values safety, reliability, and hard work. Successful candidates may have the chance to transition into a permanent position after a successful probationary period.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Labourer, you will play an important role in supporting daily production and warehouse operations. Duties may include:
Inventory control and stock management
Materials handling and product movement
Product testing and quality checks
Sorting and processing materials
General warehouse and manufacturing support duties
Maintaining a safe and organised work workplace




What We're Looking For
To be considered for this position, you will have:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or a similar industrial environment
Current LF or LO Forklift Licence
The ability to safely lift and handle items up to 20kg
Excellent reliability and punctuality
The ability to work independently and follow instructions
A commitment to workplace health and safety
