About the Prospect
An exciting opportunity has become available for aProject Analyst on a full time permanent basis to join our team at Metcash Food Service & Convenience team. to join our team at Metcash. This role offers the chance to contribute to key business initiatives by providing data-driven insights, supporting project delivery and helping drive informed decision‐making across the business.
This position is ideal for someone looking to further develop their project management, business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills while working across a range of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
In this Role
Collect, analyse and interpret project data to provide actionable insights
Support project planning, tracking, reporting and delivery activities
Assist with defining and monitoring project KPIs and milestones
Identify project documentation,



governance and compliance requirements
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams and vendors
Prepare reporting packs, dashboards and performance updates
Support testing, implementation and continuous improvement activities
What are we looking for?
Experience in a Project Analyst, Project Support, PMO or Business Analyst role
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such a Power BI
Knowledge of project delivery methodologies including and Agil and Waterfall
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
Experience supporting project documentation, testing and reporting activities
