Our client, is a leading Australian manufacturer of precast concrete products and is currently seeking reliable and hardworking
Production Operators
to join their team.
We are looking for candidates who enjoy hands‐on work, have experience within manufacturing or production environments, and are looking for a long‐term opportunity with genuine permanent potential.

Opportunity to develop your skills within the concrete manufacturing industry
Duties & Responsibilities
Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products (where licenced)
Assist with the manufacture of precast concrete pipes and products
Open and strip moulds, remove finished products, and prepare moulds for the next production cycle
Complete general production and labouring duties
Carry out basic quality checks and finishing work
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
About You
Ideally, previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, concrete, labouring or similar environments
Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded but not essential
Confined Space, White Card and EWP licences advantageous, but not essential
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Reliable, punctual and safety focused
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Able to work effectively within a team environment
