COS is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will drive service standards, recruit and onboard current team members, and act as a brand ambassador while stepping in as Store Manager when needed.
You'll collaborate with the Store Manager to analyse sales, maintain high presentation standards, and ensure efficient daily operations that align with the COS brand.
