New Vehicle Sales Trainee
to join our growing team.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in automotive sales. You will receive hands‐on training, mentoring, and industry-leading development to become a successful New Vehicle Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom and through online enquiries
Learn and apply the
TOTAL Sales Process
, including vehicles, Toyota Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Car Care
Participate in vehicle presentations and demonstrations under guidance
Follow up on customer enquiries and support lead management
Work closely with senior sales consultants, finance, and delivery teams




Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Progressively build skills to achieve sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
A strong interest in sales and a desire to build a career in the automotive industry
Previous Sales experience in any industry is preferred
Willingness to learn, develop, and take feedback on board
Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
Professional presentation with a positive, proactive attitude
Good time management and organisational skills
