Bathroom Werx is looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist to join our team.

What you'll be doing
Taking inbound customer calls and responding to emails
Helping customers with enquiries about our products and services
Booking and managing customer appointments
Coordinating and scheduling technicians
Scheduling sales representatives




Supporting our field team with job coordination
Processing orders and assisting with account administration
Resolving customer issues calmly, professionally and with empathy
Keeping customer information and interactions accurately recorded
Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and services
Working closely with the team to continually improve the customer experience
Taking care of general administration to keep everything running smoothly
About you
We're looking for someone who is mature, reliable, switched-on and genuinely enjoys dealing with people.
You'll ideally have:
Previous customer service or administration experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational and time-management skills
Great attention to detail
Confidence speaking with customers on the phone
Good computer skills and experience with email and Microsoft Office
The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the details
A practical, can-do attitude
A team-first approach and a willingness to pitch in when needed
A genuine desire to help customers and find solutions
Bathroom industry experience is not required — we'll teach you what you need to know.
