At Anytime Fitness Emu Plains, we're looking for a Personal Trainer who wants to become the coach members know, trust and recommend.
This is an opportunity to create a sustainable PT business by building genuine relationships, delivering great results and becoming an active part of the local fitness community.
You'll run your own business, but you won't have to work everything out alone.
What you'll receive
Structured onboarding to help you start with direction
Regular 1:1 mentoring and business coaching
Support generating and following up PT opportunities
Practical consultation and sales systems
Coaching around client service, retention and referrals
Freedom to run your business around your goals
Your opportunity
You'll work with clients across different ages,



backgrounds and training goals, helping them improve their health, confidence and performance.
You'll also spend time connecting with members outside your existing client base.
The goal is simple: become the trainer people think of when they decide they're ready for more support.
We're looking for someone with
Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or currently completing them
First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain them
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Reliability and genuine care for client outcomes
A willingness to learn the business side of Personal Training
Both new and experienced trainers are encouraged to apply.
