We currently seek an experienced Customer Service Sales Officer to join our counter sales team at our Head Office in Unanderra.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service and support via email, phone and counter sales
Assist customers with technical product selection
Prepare and process sales documents and quotations
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer support
Provide valuable support to the external sales team
Selection Criteria
Prior experience in an internal sales role preferred
Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a timely manner
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
Robust computer literacy and data entry skills - Microsoft Office and ERP software desirable
