Warehouse Administrator with Forklift Licence

Jobwire is seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator with a current Forklift Licence to join our team. 80% Admin 20% forklift operation.
Keysborough location with a move to Officer early ****
About the Role
Coordinating and processing incoming and outgoing goods
Using SAP to process warehouse transactions, maintain inventory records and manage stock movements
Using MyFreight to book and coordinate deliveries and freight
Organising transport and liaising with freight companies and drivers
Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records
Preparing and processing delivery, dispatch and freight documentation
Operating a forklift to load, unload and move materials safely – only when required – this is not a forklift role
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
Assisting with stocktake and inventory control
Supporting general warehouse duties as required
About You
Current Forklift Licence (LF) Counterbalance
Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics or a similar role
Experience using
MyFreight or similar freight booking systems
would be highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Good computer and data-entry skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
