Final trim work – prepping sites for kerb, drainage, footpaths, and pavements
Bulk earthworks – cutting, filling, and shaping
Digging trenches for pipes, cables, and drainage
Loading trucks and moving materials around site
Backfilling and compacting
Spotting and working around live services
Daily pre-start checks and basic machine upkeep
Working closely with ground crew, supervisors, and other operators
Following safety procedures and site instructions
Operation of Tipper Trucks, Rollers, Water Trucks
The Role – What You'll Be Doing Daily:

What We're Looking For:
Experience in Machinery operating
Skilled on final trim and general excavation works
Comfortable working around services and tight spaces
Safety-focused with positive attention to detail
Reliable, hard-working, and a good team player
Able to commit to ***** hour weeks
HC or HR Licence
