4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an established allied health provider delivering Speech Pathology across the Newcastle region.
The organisation offers true flexibility with a mix of telehealth and community services.
This multidisciplinary service which is Speech Pathology owned and operated team supporting clinicians across its broader network.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for a Speech Pathologist looking to move away from a traditional clinic-based role and gain significantly more flexibility in how their work week is structured.
The position will operate primarily via telehealth with some community-based school visits, with no need to commute to a clinic.
The role is particularly well suited to a clinician who is comfortable managing their own schedule and working autonomously, while still wanting access to a larger Speech Pathology team and support from an established head office.

What You'll Need
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Appropriate Working With Children and NDIS screening requirements
Australian working rightsConfidence working independently across community and telehealth settings
Strong communication, organisation and clinical documentation skills
Ability to manage your own caseload and schedule while remaining connected with the wider clinical team
Qualifications / Essentials
Passion for enriching the livesofothers
A positive attitude
Desire to have fun in a team environment
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent
SPA registration
Valid Australian working rights
MUST have a working with children check
