Property Manager – Residential Portfolio

Our property division supports investors throughout their property journey, and we are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a residential portfolio while working within a supportive, professional environment where good systems, communication and client service are genuinely valued.
About the Role
As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio and will be a key point of contact for our landlords and tenants.
You will have the autonomy to manage your portfolio effectively, with support from the broader property and administration team.
This is a
hybrid position
supporting both our finance and property management teams. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while gaining valuable exposure across both industries.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a residential property portfolio
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating routine inspections, entry and exit inspections
Managing maintenance requests and liaising with trades and contractors
Lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy documentation
Monitoring rent arrears and following up where required
Managing tenant enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Coordinating recent tenancies, applications and lease documentation
Ensuring properties and tenancy matters are managed in accordance with Queensland legislation




Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
Working closely with our property, finance and administration teams
Providing a high standard of service to our property investor clients
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and takes pride in managing their portfolio well.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in residential property management
Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
Sound knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
Strong attention to detail
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple matters at once
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Current Australian driver's licence
Confidence using property management software and technology
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who communicates well, takes ownership of their responsibilities and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
