What You'll Do
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a team of 3–5 staff
Set up team policies, efficient work arrangements, and operational standards
Oversee inventory accuracy, dispatch schedules, and overall daily workflow
Communicate effectively across teams to ensure seamless logistics execution
Maintain strict time management, compliance, and safety standards across the floor
What You Bring
1+ years' experience
managing warehouse operations
Mandarin language skills
(Required for day-to-day team communication)
Forklift license
and
Bonded Warehouse experience
are a robust plus (preferred, but not essential)
