Swimart Bundall and Robina is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Service Technician to join our team on the Gold Coast region, QLD. As a full-time Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pool maintenance services to our valued customers in the local area. What You'll Be Doing
Performing routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment maintenance tasks
Diagnosing and troubleshooting pool equipment issues, and completing necessary repairs
Installation of pool equipment including filters, pumps, chlorinators, heaters and much more
Providing personalised customer service and advice to help customers maintain their pools
Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations
Use of service M8 to give detailed records of service activities and pool conditions
Collaborating with the team to ensure the efficient operation of the business
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Pool Service Technician or similar role in the trades and services industry
Solid technical skills and knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and maintenance procedures




Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide expert advice to clients
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and safely
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence
Certification in pool maintenance or a willingness to obtain relevant qualifications
