JK Personnel are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in the Ballarat region. Due to increased project demands, we are seeking a number of experienced Welders and Fabricators to join the team for an immediate start.
These opportunities will suit trade-qualified Fabricators, experienced Welders, and practical hands-on tradespeople who can confidently contribute in a fast-paced workshop environment.
The Role
Working as part of a skilled production team, you'll be involved in a variety of welding and fabrication tasks within a heavy manufacturing environment. This is a workshop-based role offering consistent hours, competitive rates, and the opportunity to contribute to significant project work through to late ****.

Experienced Welders with strong workshop backgrounds
Skilled fabrication and manufacturing personnel with proven hands-on experience
Tradespeople who can read drawings and work with minimal supervision
Trade-qualified Fabricators
What You'll Be Doing
Welding and fabrication work to specifications and drawings
Assembly and modification of fabricated components
Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Working from engineering drawings and production schedules
Maintaining quality standards and safe work practices
Contributing to a productive and team-focused workshop
What We're Looking For
Previous welding and/or fabrication experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Experience working within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attitude and strong focus on workplace safety
Please Note: All applicants will be required to participate in a drug and alcohol test to be successful in this role.
