Benefits:
Base salary starting at $80,000 + Super - $100,000 + Super depending on your expereince
+
a commission structure
Professional Development allowance of $**** per year
Optional weekly, fortightly or monthly supervision with the team Lead SP with over 20+ Years experience
20 billables for the first 3 months - after that, anything you earn you take home 40% of the charge out rate. Adding another $**** per week on top of your base salary.

Your role:
You will see a diverse array of NDIS and private clients across the lifespan in clinic and community settings. There is also the option for you to utilise the equine therapy space to conduct some of your sessions with clients if you like.
You will conduct initial assessments, and use evidence based therapy interventions to provide meaningful speech pathology services to clients. When necessary, you will also write NDIS reports and letter of recommendation.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers license and own vehicle

Low Billable expectation of 20 a week - anything over this, receive extra $$
