What you'll do




You'll coach clients towards meaningful outcomes while actively developing your business within the club.
You'll speak with members, understand their goals and identify where professional coaching could help them move forward.
As your client base grows, you'll learn how to create a business that's sustainable rather than constantly starting from zero.
Who this suits
We're interested in people with ambition rather than a specific number of years in the industry.
You'll need:
Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or current enrolment
First Aid & CPR
Solid interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for client results
A willingness to be coached and held accountable
