We are seeking a
Junior Accounts Receivable Officer
to join our Sydney finance team. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background and some exposure to
customer service, administration, or accounts-related work
, who is looking to develop a long-term career in finance.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing customer accounts and Accounts Receivable activities
Performing customer and intercompany reconciliations
Following up outstanding invoices and supporting debt collection activities
Resolving customer account enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Supporting month-end processes and reporting
Maintaining accurate records within finance and CRM systems
What We're Looking For
Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related educational background
6 months+ experience in a junior accounts/finance/administration role - Accounts receivable experience highly regarded
High attention to detail and accuracy
Patient, professional, and customer-focused approach




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
