Michael Hill is seeking a Payroll Compliance & Rostering Specialist to join our Brisbane Support Centre. You will ensure payroll compliance across our three-country retail network and work with Payroll, HR, and Store Leaders to apply awards and company policies.
This role combines payroll expertise with rostering and workforce planning to minimise risk, streamline processes, and support best-practice scheduling for our teams across Australia, Current Zealand and Canada.
