Lilianfels in the Blue Mountains is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our passionate team at the Lilianfels resort in Katoomba. You will lead kitchen operations, deliver diverse dining experiences including restaurant dining and events, and collaborate with the Executive & Head Chefs to refresh menus.
The role requires at least 2 years of fine dining experience, familiarity with BOH operations, and a willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
