The Gracemere Hotel in the Rockhampton region is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen, develop menus and elevate dining experiences for guests. Immediate start is available for a passionate skilled ready to drive culinary excellence.
You will work closely with the Venue Manager and Group Executive Chef to implement the Group Menu, create exciting local specials, mentor a skilled team, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety and presentation at all times.
