We're looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator who:

Key Requirements:
Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Certifications: Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
Blue Card: All applicants must possess a valid Blue Card or be willing to obtain one before employment.
Role Responsibilities:
Engage children in diverse activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.




Develop and implement educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure a cohesive learning and care environment.
Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly classroom setting that meets health and safety standards.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Passion for working with children and providing top-quality care and education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Willingness to uphold Lutheran and School ethos.
Availability to work from 6.30am - 6pm (up to 37 hours per week)
