Transurban is seeking an experienced contact centre qualified for a Collections Officer role within our Credit team. This is a permanent or fixed-term position based in Sydney, with an immediate start and full training provided.
You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payments, assess accounts for risk, support customers in hardship, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies. After training, hybrid work arrangements are available.
