is looking for an energetic personto joinour small dynamic team. The successful applicant will be answerable to the manager.
Hours:
with 1⁄2 hour lunch break. (+ require flexibility to work extra hours when required)
General requirements:
Fit and healthy (on your feet all day and lifting involved)
Neat andtidy appearance
Have a 'team' attitude
Ability to follow procedures at all times
Stationery knowledge advantageous
Must be computer competent
Duties will include:
(but are not restricted to)
Customer Service (phone small list of customers every month)
Relief delivery driver & deliver urgent orders to customers when required
Pick customer orders displaying a sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Handle incoming supplier orders - check off accurately and put away in correct bin locations
Follow procedures at all times
Follow instructions given by manager
Assist with building furniture and chairs
Maintain a clean and secure warehouse on a daily basis (cleaning and sweeping)
Maintain accurate bin locations of stock
Carry out regular stock level checks
Attend to walk-in customers
Take phone enquiries/orders when required
Ideally, the successful applicant will have the flexibility to work extra hours when other staff members are on leave. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a small team environment while helping to achieve growth within our area.
