Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Andaz Gold Coast is seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Bakery to join our pre-opening Culinary team on the Gold Coast. You will produce breads, pastries and viennoiserie across hotel venues, and contribute to recipe development while helping establish systems for a successful opening.
This role requires collaboration with the Pastry leadership team and a commitment to quality from the first coffee to service.
