Bayside Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Rotating Grade 1 Physiotherapist
to join our growing team.
We have an exciting opportunity for Grade 1 Physiotherapists to join our Physiotherapy Graduate Program. Our Graduate Program focusses on consolidating skills and experience through structured interprofessional education sessions, study days, supervision,
mentoring and clinical support from the Clinical Development Physiotherapist and your clinical supervisor.
The successful applicants will be closely supported whilst completing four-month rotations across our clinical areas including the acute medical ward, inpatient rehabilitation and older persons community outpatients. New Graduate Physiotherapists also have opportunities to contribute to the Specialist Falls Clinic and group programs such as falls prevention. They will provide evidence-based assessments and interventions and work closely with our friendly and dynamic multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our community. New Graduate Physiotherapists may be involved in the provision of weekend and public holiday services following competency training in Acute Care.

Mandatory Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic,
self-motivated and versatile individual with the ability to respond and adapt to change, display empathy, prioritise and problem solve effectively with a positive "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn.
Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Master of Physiotherapy, Doctor of Physiotherapy or recognised equivalent
Current and unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Victorian Driver's licence
A valid Police Check
Working with Children's Check
NDIS Workers Check
In accordance with Directions made by the Secretary, Department of Health, all Bayside Health employees working in Category A or B roles (as determined by the department's risk ratings) must be vaccinated against Influenza with a TGA approved vaccine
Demonstrated knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care
An understanding of the principles of continuous quality improvement
Established skills in organisation, planning and priority setting
