Clarence Village Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Personal Carer Aged Care
to join our team in Grafton, NSW. This part-time position is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and contribute to the overall wellbeing of our residents.
What you'll be doing
Providing personalised care and support to our aged care residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitoring and documenting residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
Maintaining a safe and clean setting for our residents, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications in Aged Care, such as a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing)
Experience in providing direct personal care to older adults, preferably in a residential aged care setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to empathise and build positive relationships with residents and their families
A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for older adults
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
A current National Police Check and a valid driver's licence
