Priceline Pharmacy Victoria Point is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Pharmacy Assistant
to join our friendly community pharmacy team on a
full-time or part-time basis
.
This is a great opportunity for someone with pharmacy, retail or customer service experience who enjoys helping people and delivering a positive customer experience. If you have previous pharmacy experience, we would love to hear from you; however, candidates with strong retail and customer service backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be one of the friendly faces our customers meet in store. You will provide high-quality customer service, assist customers with their health, wellness and beauty needs, and provide advice on over-the-counter medicines within your level of training.
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience
Assisting customers with over-the-counter medicines within scope of training
Helping customers across health, wellness and general pharmacy products
Maintaining merchandising, stock and store presentation standards
Supporting promotional and retail activities
Working collaboratively with the dispensary and retail teams




Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the pharmacy
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who is positive, reliable and enjoys working with customers.
Ideally, you will bring:
Previous Pharmacy Assistant or community pharmacy experience, or retail/customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service
Good attention to detail and an eye for merchandising
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
The ability to work effectively in a busy team setting
Previous pharmacy experience will be highly regarded, but a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and willingness to develop your pharmacy knowledge are equally important.
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this position.
