We're looking for an experienced
ICT Project Officer
to join a Federal Government team in
Barton, ACT
on an initial
3-month contract
with a possible
3-month extension
. This is a
100% onsite
role supporting end users across Australia and overseas, providing frontline ICT support and contributing to the delivery of reliable, customer-focused ICT services.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing Level 1/2 ICT support across hardware, software, networking and user accounts
Managing and resolving helpdesk requests and incidents
Supporting Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments
Administering Active Directory, Azure AD, devices and ICT assets
Supporting ICT projects, rollouts, upgrades and testing
Maintaining documentation, knowledge articles and user guides
Supporting cyber security activities, patching and access management
To be successful you'll have:
Current Baseline Security Clearance (essential)
Experience providing ICT support within the Australian Public Service
Solid Microsoft on-prem and cloud administration skills
Active Directory and Azure AD experience
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Understanding of ITIL principles (desirable)
