Hearing Australia in Parramatta is seeking a Client Service Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term, part time role (3 days/week) with an onsite setup. The position includes an initial two-week full-time training period to complete mandatory onboarding and acclimate to our client-centred services.
You'll greet clients, handle counter and phone inquiries, book appointments, process claims, and support clinicians with hearing aid demonstrations.
