The Nugel Team Leader at VACCA will provide supervision and leadership to a team of Case Managers, ensuring culturally protected practice and adherence to the Nugel Practice Approach. You will oversee investigations, assessments, and case planning to support Aboriginal children and families, collaborating with government and sector partners.
You will mentor staff in trauma-informed care, maintain high-quality records, and contribute to staff development while potentially carrying a small caseload.
