What we're looking for
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
2-5+ years' experience in a Facility Manager / General Manager role within aged care
Robust leadership and people management capability
Experience managing quality, accreditation and compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
NDIS check and police check
Current COVID vaccinations
Full working rights in Australia
