As a key pillar of their winning Commercial Law team reporting to the Managing Partner, you will relish advising/transacting (majority) and litigating on a diverse multitude of intellectually stimulating, challenging and interesting commercial legal issues relating to but not limited to:
sale and purchase of businesses
directors/shareholders issues
joint ventures
licensing
franchising
commercial contracts
debt recovery/insolvency
leases
mortgages
intellectual property
employment law
defamation
construction law
trade practices/consumer law & trusts.
You will have full carriage of your own files & clients.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admitted lawyer with minimum 3 years experience (or more‐up to associate) in commercial law (transactional/advisory) plus some commercial litigation (preferable);
Have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own commercial law files from start to finish;
Have solid legal research/drafting/negotiation skills+ client‐service skills;
Are seeking to carve out a LONG-TERM career as a specialist full-rounded commercial+ commercial litigation lawyer with a top proven employer.
