About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evidence-based, person-centred therapy services to clients across a diverse caseload. You will support individuals in improving independence, functional capacity, mobility, and quality of life through tailored intervention programs.
You will work closely with a collaborative allied health team in a positive and supportive clinical workplace with ongoing professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
Develop personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions for clients of all ages
Support clients with NDIS goals, functional capacity, and daily living skills
Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals
Provide education and support to families, carers,



and support networks
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist
Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy clinical experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship consideration
