As a Customer Service & Pizza Maker, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the café.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing friendly and professional customer service.
Taking customer orders in person and over the phone.
Preparing pizzas and assisting with food preparation.
Processing cash and EFTPOS transactions.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.




Restocking ingredients and supplies as required.
Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a pizza shop, takeaway, café or hospitality environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends as required.
