, ensuring explicit communication, comfort, and the highest standard of care for our Finnish-speaking residents.

What You'll Be Doing
Assist the GP during weekly clinical rounds, providing vital Finnish-to-English communication support to ensure our residents' medical needs and voices are fully understood.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our lovely residents
Administer medications, complete assessments, and create care plans
Monitor health needs and respond to clinical changes
Work closely with a friendly, multidisciplinary team
Keep clinical documentation up to standard
Promote safety, wellbeing, and infection control
Support and mentor junior staff and care workers
About You
Fluent in both Finnish and English (verbal and written)
Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
At least 1 years' experience in aged care or a similar setting
Skilled in wound care, medications, palliative care & more
Great communication and people skills
Confident using digital clinical systems
You genuinely care about people and want to make a difference
