Brisbane Automatic Gate Systems is looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Scheduler to join our Cleveland-based team. We specialise in premium access control and automation solutions for domestic and commercial clients. Our mission is to be the company that best understands our clients and consistently delivers quality automation products. This office-based role is central to the smooth running of our service department.
What You'll Do
Schedule technicians efficiently to maximise productivity and meet domestic and commercial client needs
Coordinate urgent callouts, maintenance work, repairs and follow-up visits
Communicate clearly with clients regarding bookings, job updates, access requirements and timeframes
Manage changing priorities throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
Prepare and maintain accurate job notes, client assets and service records
Track parts, equipment and resources required for each service job
Liaise with technicians, suppliers, clients and internal team members to keep work moving
Answer calls and enquiries with professionalism, confidence and a solutions-focused approach
Assist with service-related administration from job creation through to invoicing
Support the service team to deliver reliable,



timely and high-quality outcomes
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in service scheduling, job coordination, dispatch, or administration
Experience with simPRO or similar job management software will be highly regarded
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Transparent, skilled, and confident communication skills
The ability to stay calm, focused, and practical in a quick-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make sound decisions
A positive, can-do attitude with ownership and accountability
A customer-focused approach while balancing business and operational needs
The ability to work well with technicians, office staff, clients and suppliers
