The Langham, Gold Coast has an opportunity for a dedicated and customer-focused Senior Trade Supervisor to join our friendly Engineering Team and help us establish the Property as the market leader and contribute to our luxury service culture.
About the Role
As our Senior Trade Supervisor,



you will support the day to day coordination of repairs and maintenance tasks to be completed by the Engineering Department in a hands-on capacity. You will also be supported in this role by qualified trade service contractors.
This role ensures that the tasks and objectives are completed to ensure that Hotel Operations are maintained in an optimal, safe, secure and efficient manner.
The role manages the quality of work performed by the Engineering colleagues and external contractors.
About You
To be successful in the role you will have at least two years' experience in the same or similar position at a luxury environment and proven experience supporting engineering teams. Other key attributes we are looking for include:
Demonstrated management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem solving abilities
Ability to work a rotating rosters (including evenings)
Trade Qualification required
