Catalina Rose Bay is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our iconic harbourside venue in Sydney. You will work in a busy, fine dining restaurant or bar, delivering polished cocktails and beverages to a discerning crowd.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of bartending experience, strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a skilled presentation. A NSW RSA is required, with weekend availability and a flexible roster.
