We're seeking an experienced Process and Planning Manager to lead production across Machine Shop, Steel Processing, and Robotics departments.
You will be a solid leader with the ability to drive performance, safety and continuous improvement with overall responsibility for executing manufacturing schedules, optimising capacity, and ensuring a consistent flow of materials to meet production targets and customer lead times.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop Supervisors and team membersManage production schedules across various manufacturing departmentsIdentify and resolve delays, capacity constraints, and process issuesOptimise ERP scheduling, workflows, and resource allocationCollaborate with relevant departments on product structures and improvementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and wasteMonitor materials, equipment usage, and production performanceTechnical degree and/or demonstrated related equivalent experience5-10 years manufacturing experience in a leadership roleComprehensive knowledge of large ERP systemsStrong planning,
