Build Operational Excellence.We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Warehouse Manager to lead and elevate our warehouse operations at our Huntingwood Head Office.This is a leadership role focused on:Warehouse layout optimisationPolicy and procedure formalisationInventory accuracy and securityERP system discipline and data integrityProcess systemisation and flow optimisationOperational leadership and team developmentThis is not just about managing daily activity — it's about building first-class warehouse operations that support production excellence and scalable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Strategy & LayoutDesign and implement optimal warehouse layout to maximise space utilisation and minimise travel timeDevelop slotting strategies aligned to product velocity and characteristicsEstablish pick-face replenishment systems to ensure uninterrupted production supplyDesign lean material flow that reduces handling and congestionPlan future logistics and delivery infrastructure capabilityPolicy, Procedure & System DisciplineDevelop and implement structured SOPs across receiving, put-away, picking,
