It's fast, it's real, and the work you do genuinely changes outcomes for people in need of assistance.About the RoleBased in our Sydney office, the role works a rotating 12‐hour roster between 7am and 8pm with no night shifts.
In this role, you'll be the calm, experienced voice supporting callers overseas when they need it most.Day to day the role will:Deliver telephone triage and clinical recommendations to people all over the worldLiaise with international hospitals, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to get the full picture on patients who are admitted or being treated overseasActively involved in medical evacuations and repatriations, working with both operational and senior medical directors.Coordinate with medical, aviation, and operations teams to facilitate timely care for our patients globallyKeep case documentation clear and up to date in a busy, supportive environmentWork within a large team of nurses, doctors, operational and security experts.
